Address Change : Check the section "Address Book" ; click on "Manage Address" and edit the Address
Password Change : Check the section "Contact Information" ; click on "Edit Password" and edit the Address

We try our very best to fulfil all the items in your order; however occasionally some items go out of stock and we may not be able to deliver it to you. In such cases, we refund the amount to your original mode of payment.

We continue to display out of stock items on our website, so that you may see the product details and specifications and you can click the "Notify Me" button to get a notification as soon as the order comes back in stock. You may also get in touch with our customer care team to find an alternate item.

We want you to love all the items you order! However, if there is something you would like to return, we are all ears! We take back items within 7 calendar days of receipt, as long as it is unopened and still in its original condition and packaging.Please click here to fill out our return form.
Kindly send back the item to our office location : 1706, Silver Tower, Business Bay. If you request a pickup service for the items to be returned or exchanged, a charge of 20 AED will be applied. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information on item returns.
