Shipping Policy
UAE and international shipping
- Shipping charges for deliveries within the UAE for orders less than AED 100: AED 10.00.
- Shipping charges for deliveries within the UAE for orders equal to and above AED 100: Free.
- Orders within the UAE are delivered within 2 to 3 working days.
- You can have goods from the same order shipped to multiple UAE addresses. If you select multiple delivery addresses, a delivery charge will be applied for each address.
We use courier services to deliver products.
Process and order tracking
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email and another email when your order has been dispatched, along with tracking information where possible.
Most orders are delivered directly to your door in Dubai using our own delivery team. Orders from other emirates are delivered by our trusted courier partners. You can check the progress of your orders in the “My Orders” section of your account or by emailing info@babystore.ae.
Personalized orders
If you order items to be personalized, please allow 2 days for preparation before dispatch. We always do our best to prepare items as quickly as possible.
Heavy orders
For heavier weights or large package sizes, additional fees may apply. Additional charges may also apply for deliveries outside the city limits of Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ajman, Dubai, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Sharjah. If any additional charges apply to your order, a member of our team will contact you before dispatch.
